Here's how I'm thinking about the next podcast that I will launch:
- It has video, which is a first for me, despite the video being quite simple (and in my case low-quality). Thus, the canonical feed will be on the William Chernoff YouTube Channel. I'll upload it to my podcast hosting service, too, of course.
- I don't have a name or a show image yet. These things are the bottleneck; once they're in, I'll go live.
- Writing the show description will be the easy part. I've done a bunch of those.
- I don't know how much I'll share it on Rhythm Changes or on social media. It's a hobby, so audience expectations are minimal.
- I always launch a podcast with at least three episodes at once. This show should have about four.
- My next improvement to the show will need to be a new webcam.
